The baristas were warm and welcoming, bantering with a few regulars in line before me, but didn’t make me feel like an outsider when it was my turn to order. I had *I found it a bit difficult to find while driving as signage is difficult to see when cars are parked on the street. See posted picture for example. I drove around the block 3x listening to the directions but still not understanding exactly where it was. There is an entrance inside of the store Spoils of wear that you can use. ”

Bathroom is downstairs and doesn’t have a lock on it, which was a little weird, but was what it was. Would definitely recommend. ”

“ Super cute and cozy coffee shop nearby Macalester college! The murals/art on the walls are gorgeous and their menu boards are so fun and creative!! Barista who served me was super friendly and had really nice energy. (And a cool sweater!) Solar latte was delicious :) You can park for free across the street near whole foods or in a neighborhood for free a couple blocks down. Close by lots of cute shops. It was a bit hard to find though as they don’t have a sign for Luminary above the store. Such a cute place though. Thanks! ”
“ Absolutely love this place! They have some of the friendliest baristas I’ve met and delicious coffee / tea options. The fun drinks are a treasure for anyone into astrology. I have never gotten any of their bakery items but they look spectacular. The baristas seemed attentive to dietary restrictions and allergies. It’s a little on the pricier side but for good reason. Would absolutely recommend! ”

“ A friend recommended I try luminary and I’m glad I did! Before going, I looked through their instagram and learned the owner, Danielle opened Luminary during Covid and the overall theme is astrology. From the drink names to the decor and even down to the Wi-Fi password, it’s all incorporated so well. I tried the cozy cancer iced which I loved. It has cinnamon, brown sugar and chai. So delicious! I love that there are various specialty drinks which cater to anything you may be craving. There’s a good amount of space and free Wi-Fi to bring a laptop too. Overall a great spot! ”
